Question Need help Quick..... DC5 vs ep3 radiator

My ep3 stovck k20a3 radiator hose is COOKED. Found someone selling dc5 with 80k radiator willing to sell me just the upper hose that i need. Cant spend 50+ on a new one. Is it the same part as my ep3 upper radiator hose? Looking to pick up tomorrow night, LET ME KNOW Thanks

if you're looking for just the radiator hose you're getting ripped off.

you can get a gates oem spec radiator hose for ~$20 shipped.

if you need a radiator, the ep3 and dc5 radiators are completely different. coolant reservoir and rap cap locations are different between the 2 chassis. if you want a used oem radiator i have one available. it's already boxed up and ready to go. let me know

i was mistaken. its not ~$20 shipped. its even cheaper.

    lower ep3 radiator hose: gates p/n - 23245
    upper ep3 radiator hose: gates p/n - 23246

this ebay vendor is located in the bronx, ny:

i don't know if that's far from you but he's got it for $11 shipped. they have a pretty decent inventory. you can call them up and speak to them directly, they're pretty friendly.

also, if they don't have the 23246 available. you can go with the 21229 radiator hose. this is the one i'm using currently. i know people with k20a2 and k24's use this rad hose to allow more clearance for certain intake setups.

    Thumbs up

Rad. hose on deck i barely ordered it and it came in less than 11 bucks. Read up on IACV cleaning to help with rough idle. Going to try these mini projects this weekend. Ran out of gas at 164mi. on the trip counter. Used to be 200ish when the car sucked last. Maybe clean the injectors next? Already switched plugs with ngk irid. 115k Stock. :(w/ intake
