    What to expect?

Im getting my car tuned in a few days and wondering what numbers i should be around with my setup. So if these guys dont get me close i know they robbed me.

    i have:

    k20/k24
    440cc injects
    dcrh
    2.5
    cai
    kpro

anyone have a rough idea? thanks for your input and if there is anything else i should do to squeeze a little more power before i get a tune let me know any advice is worth hearing.

is that a k24a1 bottom and k20a2 head?

the numbers will also depend on the type of dyno and how aggressive the tune is.

the biggest way to tell is via the butt dyno. if the car feels like you got your money's worth, then the numbers aren't so important anymore since there are so many variations.

180-200? nothing different than what everyone else is getting. get cams, then you'll see some reallly good numbers.

Looking at a nice steady and smooth power band is what you should look for, not so much peak HP/TQ numbers.

You should see peak TQ numbers between 4,000-6,000 RPM's and a drop from there. That's what I've seen to be normal with stock k24a2's

    Check out this thread:

Notice the nice smooth power band increase.

Hmmm.....what to expect from getting a tune......

A much nicer part throttle and better mid-range!
