And bigger crank pulley means more boost if i have understand? So i am not supposed to be boosting like 5psi if the jdm k20a crank pulley is the smaller
4.4" for the JRSC Ep3 Street kit and 4.0" for the RSX Type S Street kit.

Yes, it will give you more boost. Do you have Kpro? With the K20a/K20z1 crank pulley, it'd be more like 2-3psi with the 4.4".

No such thing as "stock" when concerning the JRSC. If you are RSX JRSC, then 4.0", if you are Ep3 JRSC (sans Type R) then you are 4.4". If 4.0", then yes.

With the stock exhaust manifold i don't think it would be a good idea, your going to get poor number...
if you want to stay quiet, maybee you should get a custom exhaust with a good resonator and a good muffler

I've encounter some problem with clearence with the rsx jrsc

4inch pulley is too big so i had to cut down some metal

Another problem is the A/C pipe that run to short, i'll have to check what are my option for this..

The bottom a/c line is problematic too, i cannot install the rad because the fan's shroud is touching the line i'll have to bend this one too

The rad support have to get some work too

    End results

And this is how she sit's right now

Now witht the jdm bumper there no place so i need to cut the lower grill a bit and for the cold air filter i don't know if it will clear

this is where i mounted the pump

I like the place where i fitted the remote fill, it look nice in the bay filling a bit the empty tranmission hole
