Aftercooler create a direct restriction so its normal the boost may be lower

    Hondata has made this result
this is the quote with the after the aftercooler has been instale
Knock count has falled drastically; intake air temperature is lower, power has increased, and boost has dropped.
    Here's the info on Hondata

I know that my pulley combo was the problem but i was still dropping boost with the cooler

Anyway i bought a 3inch pulley from pulley boy which is scam cause i got 100$ shipping for a 75$ pulley... Which make no sense to my hope the shipping is fast tho

have you calculated what your blower speeds are? how much boost do you want to run? the JRSC wants a super tight belt- did you experience any belt slip? i snapped/ over stretched 3 belts on the dyno before it held boost properly.

i don't know how to calculate my blower speed ?
I want 9-10 pounds of boost
I didn't heard the belt slipping while i was dynoing but she was not that tight, i could have a better belt

check out clubrsx's supercharger section- if i remember correctly there is a thread with the calcs for blower speed/ boost comparison. i only mention it because that 3in pulley is pretty small- i run one on my blown k24a2 to pretty much spin the blower up to the max. you have a larger crank pulley and a higher revving k20- you could be lookng at 12-13psi and really overspinning the blower. you wouldnt hear belt slip- it would be most apparent on your dyno sheet. if its really bad you would see it- 2 of my belts walked right off the blower pulley on the dyno.

If i ever boost too much i'll change my crank pulley to the k20a2
