How are you clearing in the rear? Tell me your secret! Are you rolled? Pulled?

    None of the above, sir!

I call it the "not lower you car to the point of not enjoying driving" technique, lol. It's about an inch drop (maybe a slight less than an inch) and stiff spring and damper setup will keep the suspension from compressing to the point that the tires will hit the lip.

I will actually be rolling the inner lip soon and will be trying for a 1.5 inch drop (most I will go, no lower) so lower my center of gravity.

im about to run a huge rear tire 235/50/17 and a 235/45 in the front on rsx stockies. im still gonna raise it up alot and get a roll to stop all rubbing possibilities but your specs give me hopes lol

The most important thing is having the stiff enough damper+spring combo so it doesn't allow the rear tire to move up and down a lot. Yea it sucks driving around town like that because you'll be feeling the bumps and dips more but that's the sacrifice you make for getting the extra grip and handling.

Also, taller tires will raise your ride height by exactly however much taller they are compared to your old setup. Same thing goes if you're going to be installing shorter tires.

I am rolling them. My Eastwood Fender roller and lip finisher tool just came in the mail Saturday, so I'll be doing it this week.

    What size are you running?

    Looks great

    Currently 245/45/16f, 225/50/16r on 16x8.5, 25" diameter

Eventually 245/35/17f, 245/35/17r or 225/45/17r on 17x9.5f/17x9r, 23.8" diameter (reduces final drive to 4.9, reduces rotational mass, drops chassis 1/2" without lowering suspension, 9.4" tread)

There are also some nice 235/40/17 24.4" diameter tires. Right in between 245s and 225s, 8.8".

Nice. I like a taller tire but i'm afraid i wont be able to fit a 45 all to well. I thought about a 255 up front but that is just to much tire for me. It eats the way the wheel looks IMO. If Falken doesn't have those sizes i'll probably go for Rs3 or Z1s if i can get a 245 in them.

    caster 6.1 (probably here too)

    Rear camber -1.5
