    Anyone, fabbing ac lines?

I just need to move one hardline over. I noticed#5 has a bend where i need space for my compressor (and its bent like that for no apparent reason too) and was wondering if there is a way i could cut and flare the hard line so i can reposition the line enough to clear the turbo. The line as you can see, is over $100 so I'm not trying to buy a new one to find out how easy aluminum cracks.

Shoot Skoolnu a PM. I think Chris was putting custom A/C lines on with his full wire tuck or he can at least point you in the correct direction.

thats the guy. I remember he had those custom tucked lines. (to keep this straight i'm only needing to move about 6" of hardline. not the whole system!)

Also, Illdiesel aka Jamie has done quite a bit of research to move the line a tiny ways, he would be worth a PM as well.

Havent made it to that section of the build yet... but from what i have been looking at, you can cut and flare it, but you need a fitting with a 0 ring to seal the deal.
