i removed the belt and the nut holding the 4in pulley to my jrsc, but the pulley wont budge...i tried lightly tapping it w a hammer to see if i could knock it loose but it didnt move...im sure theres something obvious im overlooking...any help would be much appreciated..thanks-joep

wrap whatever you use to pry it off with some sort of tape and further lessen the risk of effing up that purty jrsc!

Well, the pulley is softer than the output shaft of the JRSC... plus there is a keyway. So theres gonna be galling and some corrosion as well. Its normal.

try heating the pulley up with a torch- dont go crazy but a little bit of heat will make the pulley expand and a bit easier to remove
i had thought of that..sort of..only i was thinking it was getting too hot and i thought i needed to cool the pulley to get it off easier lol..ill def try that..ill have a friend pry while i heat and see what we can do..thanks alot guys..-joep
put some antisieze on it before installing the new one and it should be a little easier to get off next time.
