handa accessories cigarette lighter?

does anyone know what the genuine 2002-2005 cigarette lighter on handa actually includes?

is it just the cigarette lighter end?

or is it the whole assembly that also doubles as a 12v power source?

Dunno about this lighter but I bought the Element or CRV one. You can see my DIY there:

It came with the bracket, powersource and the lighter.

You can't use a standard cigarette lighter in our stock 12v power output since it doesn't have en element.

you could also just buy a European OEM lighter assembly. I got mine for about $15 shipped from the UK.

Hell no it's like 48 bucks for Lighther assembly and 80 for the casing assembly

A Dismantling yard is the way to go used but at a cheaper price .

But if you have a buddy that knows a buddy that works in a Honda dealer

Take advantage cus they get some % off parts a bit high but it's OEM ..

Come to find out the original intent for the silver dummy plate next to the shift is a cig lighter/power port. Evidently this is the way the type Rs came. The housing(black barrel piece) is not the same as the one that we already have in the car. Does anybody know what the part number is for the correct one and where I can find one?

#18 in pic below is: 77271-S6A-G02ZE (if you have an 04/05 EP) and 77271-S6A-G01ZC (if you have an 02/03 EP). Just like usdm, the prefacelift and facelift models had a slightly different color center
