Wow, i dunno if i like it on not either. i've never been a fan of smoked tails, has a ricer feel too me IMO. I've seen a few on here, they will chime in soon.
hey guys, tinted just the red portion of my 04 tails a couple weeks ago. been looking at it every day not sure how I feel about it. i'm thinking about sanding it off and tinting the entire tail to just a light smoke.
anyone else done this? opinions?

Click on my sig. I did black nightshades. Lol, you don't have to put on a lot, 2 coats will be smoke, 3 is pretty dark.
I hate it when people do it, it looks bad and you really like people being able to not see your brake lights? if you get rear ended it's always 100% the other drivers fault, if you have your tails tinted, it's 100% YOUR fault
and it looks gay
I personaly dont like it but, if u do thats all that matters
i did mine then i wet sand then clear coated them... if you dont do a clear coat they turn out dull.... mine are a high gloss finish i love them.. the only thing is the revers lights are not to bright haha but youll get over it quick
