Help! Gear Grind

So far only rarely had the second gear grind, but recently (before yesterday) I began to experience difficulty bring in third gear at high rpm. The last time I changed the transmission fluid was a year ago, I did not think to do this before because this is not my dd car. Yesterday I changed the transmission fluid (Honda MTF), now comes the third, but with the infamous thrid gear grind, today I went to change the oil again to see if it improved, but the problem remains.

I know the problem is probably in the third synchro. I've searched and wanted to confirm if this is the part number I need: 23444-PPT-315

Also let me know what you think about Synchrotech carbon synchros?

I am doing the carbon synchros on all my gears I recommend it only if you plan to do some rigorous driving and hard shifting
