Intercooler/Aluminum Polish

Well I decided to polish the old intercooler today as well as fix a shitload of bent fins. Here's what I used:

Sandpaper: 240,500,1000,1200,1500
Harbor Freight Polish kit: comes with (2) 3in. buffing wheels for drill, also comes with rouge and white clay compound bar.
Intercooler fin repair: some tweezers and patience, maybe some tylenol for the headache you'll get after.

You forgot the most important step... Mag's aluminum and chrome polish...

Here's how I did mine
Before

700 grit
1000 grit
and 1500 grit

then Meguairs aluminum and chrome polish

I kinda wish I had 2000gritt and 2500gritt =/

I'll have to see lol. I need to wash my pads and etc. Your car is easily 6+ hours cause of the swirls and random other spots I saw :/
