Ok guys i just swapped out the 02 headlights for the 04 the problem is the headlights wont turn on. I connected the harness, checked the fuses, and checked the harness to see if current was flowing thru which it is. I went to the mechanic and put one of his bulbs in and it worked (dont understand how when i did the same exact thing). I then got a pair of silverstars from autozone tried installing them and now they wont't turn on. Any advice?
It is possible that you have a short at your combination switch. It was heating up and HAS been faulty but finally has given out (which could explain why your mechanic's bulbs worked).
