Ok I looked under my dash and found a white box that says Honda security control main unit and some numbers on it, so it all appears to be stock. Unless I'm missing something.

Well I figured out what was wrong.. My alarm was in valet mode... To turn that off, get into your car shut the door, lock the door switch then unlock, then put your key in and out of you ignition 5 times then lock and unlock the door switch.. Use you remote to see if it works. I wish I new it was only that easy! Haha.
