    Electrical Problem

    Help me out,
Over the weekend I was installing double din but I forgot to disconnect battery. Now when I turn the key once to ACC position nothing turns on like it normally should,my automatic door locks don't work, and cabin light, wont turn on unless the key is in the "on" position. When the key is in the "on" position everything works like normal. Could I have shorted out something? Also when I try plugging in a scanner for CEL codes it doesnt work.

I had some weird random electrical problems once too after an install in my ep. Turned out it was the fuse under the hood marked "spare" or something like that. You may want to carefully check ALL the fuses before you trouble shoot any further, don't hesitate to pull one and check because it doesn't seem to apply.

Sounds like it could be the fuse under hood labeled "back up" like shanewdude mentioned should be a 7.5amp
