D2 replacement rear strut bushings for $130???!!! Ridicules!!!

I got a second hand D2 RS coilover. The problem during installation was that for the rear strut the bushing that was supposed to be placed inside the hole for the rear camper was taken out and cut. So i called D2 which they never picked up their phone (used the number off the official website.) so i ended up emailing them and they said it will cost me $130!!! Just for a set of rubber bushings that will probably cost no more than 20 bucks!!!
Are there any other options that i can go? The oem replacement bushings seem too big for d2.

(not the same model but tried to find right picture with good angle...)

    Thanks everyone!!!

OEM plus some shaving maybe Energy Suspension?
Not much of an answer unless you feel like digging through a junkyard with a tape measure to find a suitable OEM solution off another make and model perhaps. If a stock bushing is cheap enough though, I would swallow the cost and attempt to shave it down.
