    Replacing front bumper

Hi it's been a while. Just in need of advice from you guys.

A fender bender from a curb by my passenger fog lights. It does look my car ugly and I'm going to either fix(if that's even possible) or replace it. I just wanted to ask you guys what are my other options other than what I have on my polls.

    I appreciate all inputs.

Depending on the damage and your budget its hard to say . You can get a brand new bumper for less than 200$ here http://www.hondapartscheap.com/find-.../KA5MT/BUMPERS and painting it will cost you an additional 150.00 perhaps. So doing a claim is out of the question. Or sanding prepping your self and then sending it out to get it painted would be option 2. Post a pic of your damage.

What kind of insurance company do you deal with? Will your rates increase for filing a claim or worse, would they dump you?
Unfortunately painting a front bumper here cost closer to $350 for a NHBP.

Look for a used and cheap bumper locally (craigslist) OR go with a JDM front end!

Sorry for late reply. Here is the damage, as well as the cracked fog lights. Seems like insurance shouldn't be a choice for you guys. I'm under mercury but my dad handles that and I know that whatever we spend through insurance, it will be at least $500. I'm probably won't be spending more than $500 right? I'm leaning towards buying a new one or an aftermarket.

have you tried heating up the bumper and pushing the dent out? you may just need a bit of prepwork and a repaint.

I haven't tried that but honestly it's something I probably won't be able to do anyways, due to all the reasons you might think of. I won't be seeing my car for a whole month too since I'm going to be in Seattle. This bumper is all fucked up anyways because of how the volvo lip abused it haha.
