    Trans Axle Lube

Just back from a 3K mile road trip and I figured it is time for a fluid change in the trans axle. Question is, what to use? Any recommendations out there? Of course Honda recommends their own fluid. Is that the best?

I use the Pennzoil Syncromesh on both the EP and GTI.

Of course ask 10 different people about oil and fluids and you will probably get at least 8 different answers. But the Syncromesh is my preference, so thats what I use.

I am using Amsoil MTF and I am very happy with it. Nice and easy shifts.
