Monitor - I had one here used 10.4" and bought the touch screen digitizer for $23 on Ebay
MB - ASRock E350M1/USB3 $100 (Newegg.com)
Memory - OCZ 4GB DDR3 I had it at my house for a while don't remember how much I paid.
HD - SSD 80GB OCZ agility 3 sata III $90 on Ebay and 500GB external hd, had it extra.
PS - M2-ATX-HV, 140w $80 (mini-box.com)
also some 3.5mm to rca audio connectors for the amp
