    kuhmo supras

I think these may be an overkill, since i read kuhmos site and these tires are reco'd for vettes and shit,, however, my driving experiance ahs multiplied by 10 since i thru a set of thes tires on my car

    205/55/15 Kuhmo Supras

I was wondering if anyone had experiance with these tires before, all i can say is the confidance of this car has increased 5 fold, no matter what speed so far, i point the wheels it goes, no squeal no nada.

any feed back on these type tires?

I just got exactly the same tires. Interestingly I measured the contact patch of the stock Michelins at 5 inches wide and the Kumhos at 6 inches. 1 cm of this is due to the wider tire (195 to 205) but the other 1.5cm is due to the fact that the contact patch on the Michelins is very round.

I have photos of the comparison if anyone wants to see them.

I had Nitto NT450s on my Jetta, then I replaced them with Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's. For the price, they are a great tire. No road noise, grip pretty well, and they're aesthetically pleasing.

I agree. Had these on my last car. They squeal around easy corners, they have horrible grip, and they flat-spotted on me and developed a vibration after ONE DAY of autocrossing.

these might be ok for the street, but if you're doing any serious driving, fuggetaboutit
