Will this combo work? Alpine sub and amp

Hey everyone, I want a sub in my ep and i was just wondering if a single Alpine swr-10d2 subwoofer and Alpine MRP-M500 Amp work well together.

I would look for the swr 10d4 that alpine amp is not 1 ohm stable only 2 ohm stable. The 10d4 has dual 4 ohm coils which can be bridged down to 2 ohms and the amp is 2 ohm stable. The 10d2 has dual 2 ohm coils and bridged it would be down to 1ohm which the amp can't handle.
