    Before Dyno using Virtual Dyno

After fully Dyno on a Real DynoJet Redline 7700 rpm

After dyno with a little tweak with the tune. Redline 8200k

In the end I am very happy with the power this motor make with adding two bolt on and STOCK RSX K20a2 CAMS. There are more room for power with full exhaust and aftermarket Cams. Not bad for just Intake manifold and new header. I think this motor i can make a little more power with a little extra Rev, but i really dont want to risk it.

    * there reason i switch out my BCRH to PLM and Midpipe was because there was a crack on the midpipe and the headers. I got the BCRH welded it
and there is no leaks. As for the mid pipe there isnt any point in repairing it because it cracked hair in many places, thats why i used the stock rsx 2.25 midpipe.

here is a video of the dyno enjoy.

yes both headers was tested on my car. i just dont know why the kddrh is losing so much power and tq at low-mid range.

Wow that's that big jump between rh. I wonder why ppl always say that the kid race is best for low end torque but this proves it wrong in many ways.

    Thanks for posting

yeah, when i did my research. I thought the same as well. but I see alot of dynos are shown stock vs. aftermarket headers and not too much about comparing the two set of rh

Just curious but was this done under the same normal driving conditions? Did u give each header have ample cool down time? There some small factors that could skew those numbers that's why i ask. If u drove to the dyno with one of the headers installed did u wait so the car cooled down?

243 whp and 180trq on a dyno jet.. mods are rrc intake mani, 70mm throttle body, hybrid cold air intake, buddy club rh, custom 3", blue print stage 2 cams (older version), 12.5:1 on 91octane. Im also at 5000ft altittude so dynos are calibrated alil dif here.
My k20a with rrc, stock ported throttle body, pwjdm intake, buddy club rh, mugen twin loop made 212whp and 138lbs torque on the same dyno. The numbers all seem low but my ep is def rowdy.
The 3" was to dam loud for my taste so im back on the twin loop, im trying to set up dyno time to see how much of a diff the 3" is over the twin loop.
