on the inside of the plug is how you can unlock the inner pin - you will need a pick or very small like jewelry sized flat tip screw driver. then you can lift up the locking piece, and push threw the pin on the other side.
My car came up with the P1519 code (Idle Air Control Valve Circuit Failure) so I take a look and the black wire came out of the connector. I'm having trouble taking out the terminal that is still in the connector so I can crimp the wire back on. Does anyone know how I should go about removing the terminal?

Google image search pin removal tool, and find something that looks like that or just buy one. A tiny pick or screwdriver could work, too, as stated before.
remove the terminal connector at the pin and repin the connector and solder the two together
