need more info on your set up, are you running kpro, have you checked the injector clips/ wiring, is it tuned?... with more info more peeps will chime in to find out your issue
I have a frank swap in my ep and and am having a lean issue. They o2 sensor indicates that that the car is running lean and has a misfire of cylinder 1(MIL is on). Im running the greddy turbo kit and the active light is orange during idle. As soon as i touch the gas it turns green and sometimes it changes from green to orange at idle. I just did the timing chain because the last one was stretched and it did help out the idle a lot.
Does anyone know how to check the map sensor and make sure its working properly?

Im running the greedy management(blue box) and the injectors are geting power and are pulsing just fine. It was one of the first thing i tested and they arent leaking. Not tuned just running that blue box. engine has stock internals.
One think i did notice was that the first o2 sensor was switching from -10.8 to -1.5v and the second is around 1 to 3. i have no cat so it switches just like the first o2 sensor. the plugs do indicate that car is running lean. BAd o2 sensor? even on the freeway at higher rpms the o2 sensor reads the same. What should the map sensor voltage be at idle?
Sweet baby EP3Jesus.
Get rid of that Emanage shit now!
Get yourself Kpro or AEM EMS V2 and get that car properly tuned. Your MAP sensor might be bad from what your car sounds like because my friend had the same exact symptoms but he at least had Kpro and we could rule out that his engine management was NOT the problem. Greddy never made the Emanage for the K24 platform that's why you're running lean.
thanks for the info man. I figured it would be map. YEah i know ive read about these boxes from hell but it will have to do until i can get more funds for that kpro. ill run a couple of test on the map to make sure its that.

Ok i connected the scanner and these are the results of the map/baro at idle
baro(kpa)100 - 100 it didnt change when i gave it some gas.
Baro(v) 2.87 - 2.87 it also didnt change even when i gave it gas either
Map(v) .70 - .84 at idle and changed when i gave it gas to 1.+
Map(kpa) 22 idle and changed when i gave it gas
So with this info im replacing my Map/Baro sensor tomorrow, i cant believe i kept over looking this every single time i looked through my live data. Once again thanks for telling me about the rough idle could be the map which made me take a closer look at it.
