    Hood pull handle broke!

In doing something nice for my ep3 this morning it decides to throw me a curve ball and punish me.
Such a nice day here so I decided to completely clean/wipe down my engine bay. When piping my hood open from inside the car, the hood pull (plastic piece only) broke off !.
Any ideas on repairing this ?.

    Thanks.....

i used two zip ties to fix mine. one looped around the metal and was unable to slide off because of the remaining plastic bit. then the second one looped through the other zip tie and was used as a pull tab. worked great

Genius X 2!! I've been using an old pair of pliers tucked under my floor mat to pull on the nub. Zip ties tomorrow!
