hi can anyone tell me if a stock 08si works with the ep3. i called honda and they have different part #s and the guy was not able to tell me if it's interchangeable. thanks in advance.

It's a no go. Even if you had the stock k20z3 exhaust mani, you would still be out of luck. Also all the 8th gen race headers don't work out with our 7th gens.
ok, thanks for the replied... any other solutions for a P042 code? i know they sell after market cats for about 200$ is that a good route. because i cant see myself picking one up from the dealer for over 1000$. or should i keep looking for a used one that from an ep3? thanks again.
Check on ebay, they have oem ones on there
