Well, the day where something broke on my ep3 that stops it from being my daily finally happened. Pilot bearing = gone!
Good news, it's going to be my toy car. I have big plans on some mods once I get the trans situation sorted. I am now driving a boring 2010 Civic EX... automatic :(. Only thing it has going for it is it has a pretty ballin stereo and with my scanguageII I've managed to get 52mpg highway with mild hypermiling techniques.

...and I thought I had it bad. My EP is also my DD and I'm doing about 30-50 miles daily. It sucks to see the mileage going up so fast.
I do 130 km's aday or 80 miles aday i hate it and my input shaft bearing is going i need to get my 6 speed tranny back together asap lol
I was putting 80-90 a day on mine depending on which route I took to and from work. I bought the car December 2010 with 112k on it and now it has 175k ish. I also beat the crap out of it.Originally Posted by Waldo129

I'm trying to decide if I want to buy a beater and keep the ep garaged and do little things to it. OR just keep my ep as a DD and buy something nice that's already quick.
Mine is a DD and I drive about 100 miles a day to work too!! I hate the fact that mileage is shooting up so quick.
I would quit my job, but I gotta buy parts for thr ep!!
