    Pictures of your re-located battery!

Im tossing the idea around and i would like to see what others have actually done.

    So please,
if you have re-located your battery, post a picture and tell the pro's and con's of where you located it to and how you ran your cables.

i did a search, but found no pics of various set ups.

    thanks in advance!

I have been thinking about eventually moving the battery to above the tranny,so kinda just shifting it back towards the firewall a foot or so.Have to make a tray mount so everything is stable.I have been too busy to tinker on it lately.

i think i have found a good tray for re-locating near the tranny.

    check it out: http://passwordjdm.com/PasswordJDM-B...P1900C457.aspx

nice pics of it in use also.

this may be the easiest solution. just remove the stock tray and drill new mounting holes.

Well, that works well if you have an Odyssey battery, but what about the folks that don't?

i guess i forgot to mention in the op that i would be using an after market battery.

im sure it would be fairly simple to re-use the stock tray. you would just have to get creative.

the odyssey is much lighter and will be easier to hide. plus i really wont have to get crazy with running cable.
i might be able to use the exisisting harness without modifying it.

That's my problem, securing it better. It's been fine for four years with the padding but I need to secure it better for an autox this weekend - doubt they would allow it. I'm waiting for it to die and will then do a 4 lb. lithium against the wheel well down a little lower.
