My bad! I'm out of the country at the moment and If I was there I would had made it to that meet. Looked bad ass! That SHG meet is on the 27th of July at the James Baird state park NY

Well that was short lived. My newly ported/ modified charger seized up on me today while driving on highway. Initially i thought the motor locked up- turns out the belt is under so much tension to prevent belt slip that when the blower seized- it didnt allow the motor to turn over?! Well now to tear it all back apart and see what the damage is... Fantastic first time on a tow truck.

Thanks man. I thought i locked up the motor- wasn't until i got it back to the shop and got the belt off did we realize the crank spun fine but the charger was seized. I just hope stiegemeier covers it under warranty

Worst case possible. Charger devoured itself internally and the pieces made their way into the motor. Blown charger and motor... We like to call that SOL. Pics dont do it justice... RIP.

The charger. Looks like the bearing failed and the rotors walked into the casing and chewed everything to pieces. Remember this is a freshly rebuilt, modded charger from Stiegmierer...







Just for fun- full tear down in the drive way. Look for a part out soon more than likely





Dont know where to go from here- the blower is toast though. Maybe stiegemeier will make it right maybe not idk yet. Just gotta figure out what to do with the car.

Yea- it sucks pretty bad. Decisions decisions... Stay boost, build NA. Or just rock a OEM motor

Pulled the motor and tore it down. It looks pretty good- no major damage. Im going to rebuild it regardless... Just need to figure out what im gonna build it for ;)
