pulling rear quarter panels. PROS AND CONS?

wassup guys! anybody pull the rear quarter panels? ive got a guy with 15 years of documented experience with fender rolling, pulling and i just got off the phone with him. im planing on running a 17x9 +30 square set up with 245-235/40/17 up front and 225/40/17 in the rear without any spacers. Ive done research and know that the clearance will be quite ridiculous from the rear trailing arm. about 5mm of clearance. but i do plan on going with -3 camber max in the rear and maybe 2.5 - 3 in the front to clear and not be mexiflushed out. gonna be going with about 10mm of clearance above the tires also. so i was really thinking about pulling them but idk why alot of people dont.

ANYONE got some info to help me out here? anything will help. thanks!
