    My buddy painted it yesterday. Ill show it off later- its at home in safe storage with my jdm front end. Its a gloss black with blue flake to go with the cars color on top of a wrinkle texture. Its pretty sick looking.

    Update. Put the dash back together and started cleaning and painting some of the motors accessories. Also have a TON of parts now laying around waiting for a motor. Pics:
    Manifold, tensioner, bypass valve, and some other bits all clean and primered black. Everything but the manifold will be painted a top coat of black. The manifold will be painted aluminum to match the motor.




    Now thats a trunk:


    Some of the parts. Tractuff oil pan baffle, Ktuned steel oil pan, dipstick, TPS, spark plug cover, idle air valve delete, tensioner cover, hybrid racing oil cooler hoses, Mtec race shift springs, hpt lower chain guard, and a ton of bolt boys SS hardware all just waiting for a motor. More stuff coming- stay tuned:

    All done and painted.



    A big parts order came in from honda. Replaced my old heater hoses and water valve with new hardware. Firewall is just about done


    Now i just need a motor...

    Probably next month. I will be out of town for 3 weeks starting next week so it will be after then. I am still waiting for the blower so there is no rush.

    Tough to see but its a gloss black with a blue pearl.

    Dug out the aerocatch locking hood pins and password jdm fender washers to be installed tomorrow.

    Just need a motor/ trans. Picking up a jdm k20a complete swap in a week or so. After i give it a good clean, paint, and add some new goodies- should be ready to go back together and up and running shorty there after. I will be waiting until end of sept or October to get tuned when its not soo hot out

    Thanks- got a TON done today but no pics. Separated motor from trans- removed the clutch/ flywheel and got the motor on the stand. Installed a new Z3 upper chain guide, HPT lower chain guard, and a tractuff oil pan baffle. Tore into the trans and installed new Mtec race shift selector springs

    Then the messy part began. Primered the motor and trans along with all the accessories for the motor and trans. Gonna let it sit for the weekend then I'll add the final coat next week. Pics to follow
