    k24a2 (05) wont start.

So me and my little brother swapped a k24a2 engine in about 4 months ago, it has ran fine up until now.....
one day i was driving, about to pull on to the main road, going about 50... car dies out of no where, i keep downshifting to try to keep it alive but it dies. I try starting it wont start. I get towed home and when attempting to start it again i don't hear the fuel pump prime so im thinking its the fuel pump so i ride my bike to o reillys and got a new fuel pump, install it and it fires right up.... the next day while driving home the car does same thing,,, the car cranks but it wont start. It seems like it wants to but it does not. so now im stuck trying to figure out what it could be.? any suggestions? sorry if i posted in wrong section i am a newish member and have limited knowledge of cars, just the basics down..

Try just resetting the ecu. Pull the battery cables for a few.

Almost sounds like a fuel pump reset / cut off switch. Not sure if these cars are equipped though.

I see your up the road, hit me up if your ever in town!

It's a aftermarket ecu so I don't think it's that I checked today and the car is getting fuel and spark, and just for more insurance i changed the spark plugs , and alright cool haha

Check the ecu ground, make sure it's on the valve cover stud.
