Urgent: Do the inner fender wells clip inside or outside?

Can anyone with an 02/03 tell me, do the inner fenders clip on inside or outside around the outer fender lip?

There are these little brackets where you clip in along the outside edge of the wheel well. Does the fender get clipped in over them or behind them? If it goes over, does it go over the whole way?

I know the one at the bottom of the well towards the rear goes "over". And at the front of the car at the bottom of the well it goes "behind" the edge of the wheel well.

But I am not sure about the ones along the edge of the wheel well, can anyone post a pic of your current locations and whether the plastic is completely on the outside or inside?

It goes outside the metal well and inside the front plastic bumper.

ok thanks, I put the three top most outer-edge ones "inside", so i will correct that, and I havn't got the other one done yet (ran out of time tonight) but will do it right tomorrow, thanks again.
