EPS Light is ON! 4 codes! Need Help!

Here are the codes:

12-2 A Problem with the circuit for torque sensor AMP
16-1 A problem with average of voltage for torque sensor VT3 and VT6
22-1 Excessive change of vehicle speed sensor signal
23-1 A problem with the engine speed sensor signal circuit

Any input is much appreciated. This happened when the entire EPS had been replaced. My old steering rack isn't working, the steering was very light, my wheels are straight and remains that way no matter how I turn the steering wheel.

So we bought a used EPS. Now the wheels are turn but EPS light is on and there is no power steering.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Yes, my vehicle currently is in the same situation. I actually had the old one go out. Then I got a new EPS computer, and steering rack itself but still cannot figure this out yet. My friend who has a Snap-On Solus cannot pull any data like the voltages when the steering wheels is turned which, from my understanding it should.
Let me know if this continues to be an issue.
