    First turbo build

Well after having my ep3 for just over a year i decided i need more power what better way to achieve that goal by piecing together a custom turbo build. So my short term goals to make around 300whp with the stock motor. then slowly build a k24 and shoot for around 500whp.

    parts list:

    garret gt3582r turbo
    id 1000cc injectors
    sidewinder manifold
    3 inch down pipe
GO-AUTOWORKS Pro GT/BB complete oil and water line kit
    skunk2 mega power r 70mm exhaust
    skunk2 rear camber kit
    skunk2 pro s v2 coilovers
    tail 38mm wastegate
    emusa intercooler and intercooler piping
    hondata kpro
    depo headlights
    6000k 55w h.i.ds
and other things i cant think of at the moment
    some pics

Car hasn't been on the dyno yet hoping to go this spring. The down pipe came in a kit with the headers and the only thing was there's a small bar on the manifold welded to the turbo flange and the exhaust manifold flange to help hold the weight of the turbo and it had to be grinded down to fit around the valve cover and there are a couple coolent lines that are almost touching the down pipe so I put heat wrap around them. I still have the stock fuel pump but upgrading before it gets tuned

    some dyno results 11401070_10153311556626469_2736403634733603519_n.jpg11391314_10153311556676469_1937574394380844315_n.jpg
The car only had fuel tables tuned so it didnt lean out. It also had a large boost leak to later find out the valve seat was not installed in the wastegate. the first run was about 1.5psi and the last 3 car made 4psi at the most. but it was my only chance to use the dyno we do not have one locally. Since then the valves seat has been installed and the car is running 8.5 psi with no leaks also a lot more responsive. Have also installed a ktuned fuel rail and a set of 17x8.25 xxr 527 chromium black rims.
