    LCAs won't go back in

    i'm in the process of replacing the LCA bushings, I removed the LCAs and got the
    bushings pressed at a machine shop and now i'm trying to put them back in but
    somehow the compliance bushings are not going back in into subframe bracket; new
    bushings are oem so should be perfect fit. my next step will be to drop the
    subframe to get them to fit in since jacking up on the knuckle isn't helping;
    the manual doesn't mention any special thing need to be done when putting these
    back on, any idea ?

    If the bushings are installed correctly, all you should have to do is stick a screw driver into the subframe/bushing hole and help wiggle/align the 2 holes up. When you reinstall the LCAs, the holes dont line up half the time. You can also jack up the knuckle to divert some of the weight and to help the alignment of the holes.

    I usually use a little bit of wd40 just to get it lubed enough to slide in a bit easier
