02 type s RSX will fit?

I'm wondering if the type s dc5 suspension will fit the ep3?

It will fit with minor modifications. You can get Mugen SS which is a direct replacement and sits similar to the A-Spec. What is your reasoning for getting dc5?

So I jump the gun an got the 02 type s stock suspension for 100 bucks.
so I've been reading so I need rsx tie rod end and shave the bushing for rear struts. Btw how to shave bushings? Never done this before. Or can I get new bushings?

Btw the reason is only 100 bucks. And I think type s or rsx suspension in general is a bit stiffer than ep3.

Mugen is a 1.4" drop. A-Spec is about a 3/4" drop and is equivalent to the Type R suspension.

Get a grinder and some time. You'll need to shave 3-5mm on each side of the bushings on the rears. And you're correct about the tie rods.

You need number 7. Just go to your local parts place and get new bushings for the EP3. They may be 10.00 each. I did mine without a press. Just a socket and hammer and they came right out. Same with installing them or you can go a local shop and throw them a few bucks to put the new ones in.
