Value Brake Reccomendations

I have a 2005 EP3 with Buddy Club Kuroki F91 wheels and in winter 16" steelies. I DD plan to possible run an auto-x session or two. (Motor mount bolt fell out last time)

I am looking to replace my pads and rotors and also get solid performance on a budget. I also plan on running Russel SS Lines with ATE DOT 4 Blue brake fluid.

My research through forums and reviews point me toward Centric or EBC rotors. I have heard good and bad about both but I am more curious on performance and longevity. It appears as though the EBC is better steel but the Centric are double machined and are e-coated(powder coated?). I also saw other brands that advertise Zinc coating but I cannot conclude which is better.

As far as pads I was consider Hawk HPS, EBC Greenstuff and Akebono. I am looking for lower dust but I really don't care about noise as much.

I also welcome feedback on cleaning of calipers.

I would like to keep the budget under 350$. All feedback is appreciated.

I believe the Zinc coating helps with Anti rust. I run Brembo calipers, so I can't comment on other Rotors to try. EBC is a good brand tho.
