O2 sensor, front or rear ....

Hello everyone

So basically ( not to sure which ) my o2 sensor after the cat is rotten and I'm planning on changing it. My car currently only in heavy rain keeps blowing no4 fuse under the drivers dash. It dries out after a while works fine again so I believe its the alternator fuse due to when it pops while driving , I lose power steering , wipers slow, lights dim etc. My management is on and it showed up with the o2 but I can't remember the code due to plugging computer in a few weeks ago. Just wondering could this o2 be Causing it to blow ( which I hope it is ) and also is it the rear sensor I need . Honda Civic type R 2004 .
