2006 RSX Type S Suspension Swap

I am working on swapping in 2006 Acura RSX Type S struts into my 2002 Honda Civic SI (EP3). So far I have completed just the front and have run into a few issues. The biggest issue is the slop in the steering. When I took it to get aligned the shop said that the outer tie rod ends were to small for the holes in the struts and that is why I am running into this issue. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue? I was reading this thread:

It sounds like I need Type S outer tie rod ends and I also need to shave the bushings in the rear struts. Any additional info is appreciated. Thank you.

You're correct. You will need to change out tie rod end and the bottom rear bushing
