Replaced front sway bar bushings, now car pulls to the right

Like the title says, I changed the front sway bar bushings,
I jacked the car, replaced bushings,Then I loaded the car's weight on the suspension, tightened to the specs the service manual required (I think 28 ft-lbs). I did this at my workplace, the floor is pretty straight, no inclination or so it seems...

Now the car is pulling to the right, especially when coming out of a corner and I let the steering wheel spin, the car pulls. Also at higher speeds it is more noticeable . I thought just changing the bushings wouldn't mess with the alignment..

Possibly the alignment is just out of whack.

Are any other bushings worn out? How about the front sway bar end links? is there any play or possible worn out links? Let me know if anything.
