    Ride height

How much lower is a stock type R compared to a stock Si?
    Does anyone know?

Wanna know how big the drop would be with Neuspeed race spring on mine... cause the Si look VERY good on them. :p

Edit: Does anyone have a pic of an Si with 17 inch rims and Neuspeed race springs?

I doubt it would matter how low your car sits stock though. Either way your replacing your springs.

I just wanted to know how much the drop would be...
Neuspeed's race springs drops 4.0 inches on an Si.
How much will the drop be on a Type R?

neuspeed race springs drop 2.5" regardless. It'll be the same on your type R.

    I wonder were i got 4.0" from... :o

I thought that the TypeR had lower stock springs
and there for the drop with new spring wouldn't be that great as
    on a Si...

the type r is lower than the Si, stock. When you put the neuspeeds on, you'l be getting rid of your old springs, which is what causes you to be lower than us, and replacing them with the race springs. Your drop will look just as sweet as an Si w/ 17's

no prob. I used to have the neuspeed race springs but sold them to someone with a new blue Si. I will end up getting these though...

They're the Spoon progressive springs and go for about $300 US. They only lower the car 10mm, but that's not what I'm worried about, I just want the a stiffer spring rate

I'm also gonna pick up a Mugen rear sway which is 25mm

    mmm, nice n' stiff:D

How far in inches do these blue spoon springs drop? They are very appealing

I'm thinking of getting the Spoon springs also.
10mm drop? On the Spoon site it says 25mm drop for EP3

If it is 25mm drop, 25mm= aprox. 1 inch
