my dc header broke. the thing that sucks is that it didnt bend like myeverlovinsir's (i think) here is a pic. Im calling DC direct tomorrow and asking for a full refund. Im going 4-1.

Looks like you removed it as soon as it happened. I drove around for a while with it rattling and this caused it to deform. You will probably have a hard time getting that out. I would use an oxy/acetylene torch to cut it out, right down the middle, or heat it sufficiently in order to bend it so it will come out. DC will probably not refund your money, but instead will ask to you return the part for a replacement. I'm sure they understand by now that these things break and if you rip it out and run it 4-1 on the dyno (would be nice) then decide to return it for a replacement, they should still honour their 2 yr. warranty. You have pics to prove it anyway. I suspect you would loose any torque gains provided by the DC compared to HP. Let us know what you decide.

Hell I wouldn't say that. Expletives' header was the first version without the welds. Now if the second version with the welds break, then maybe you could say that.
