    Question spring and shocks

I'm gonna lower my car soon. And I have some quetions to those guys who already lowered their Si.

    1) Is it a job that I can do it myself? I have lower my other car before, and I don't think it's hard.

    2) Do I need any modification to the shocks? I heard people saying they have to cut some part of the stock shocks to put it back to the new one...is that ture?

    3) I don't want to go super low, what do you think is the best combination? (spring and shocks)

    Thanx in advace. :)

    1. not sure if you can do it on your own. do you have a spring compressor, pipe cutter, drill, and skill?

    2. the konis in the front are inserts into the oem strut housing. so, yeah, cutting and drilling is required. here are the instructions:

    3. i didn't want more than an inch, so i got eibach pro-kit. now that they've settled a bit, i love the drop. just right for me. if you want even lower try the sportlines or h & r.

    hope that helps. :)
