    DC just gave me a complete new header!

    Instead of re-welding my current one, they gave me a brand new one. Plus they threw in a 2003 dc catalog.

    yeah i had the un-welded dc header on for between 2000-2500 miles and it snapped off inside. The ups man picked the broken one up tuesday and I recieved a complete brand new one thursday...VERY QUICK and when i called they dealt with me very quickly and made everything easy.

    After the header broke i didnt really like dc that much....but after this I realize that their customer service is top notch and they fess up and fix their mistake unlike the 7th gen 01-02 coupe headers that HP Racing made. You can read over on 7thgencivic.com where they still have problems with the hp ones fitting. thats why i went dc with the si.

    DC = very professional

    yeah, i had gotten one without the welds and i called them for the correct one. i didn't want to put one in then have to go through another install if it broke so i got the correct one right away. they are really good about exchanging the header, aren't they?:)

    only short shifters they have listed are
    94-97 accord
    98-99 accord
    92-96 prelude
    97-99 prelude
    01-02 civic (EM chassis not ep)

    they have rsx and rsx-s shift adapters.

    I'm sure they will make one...but i wonder whats taking so long?

    i personally think that dc is still sending their first models out and hoping that people won't catch that there is a problem. they probably think well some won't break or some people might just leave it 4 to 1. either case they are taking less of a hit. i think this because the shop i got my header from ordered it directly from dc.
