N2O prob

N2O is armed, I'm in second gear at 3000rpm, I floor it and in less than 1 sec I have to shift to 3rd (105 shot is F**king awsome) when in 3rd gear it boggs and wont go any faster. I think fuel pressure drops and the fuel pressure safety switch kicked in, shutting the n2o feed off(n2o jet - 52 and fuel jet - 35). I know the fuel jet is high and making it rich, but it gives me piece of mind that its not lean.
So I'm guessing I gotta do one of two things:
adjust the safety switch to kick on at a lower fuel pressure (scary)
or get a better fuel pump.
The car runs fine without n2o. What do you all think?

what's your A/F at through 2nd and 3rd? The meters aren't super accurate, but do you get a spike in either direction at any time?

hey bio, cool set up, so how doe the 105 shot feel. is it scary? does it make your head snap back? lol oh yeah how does it sound when n20 kicks in?

Dunno, don't have an A/F meter in, nor a dyno nearby.

It feels awsome! Not scary, but it will snap your head back and put your ass in the seat.:D The engine just roars loud,hard and fast!

thats cool bio, sorry for the loss, i read your other post. but thanks for doing some research into n20 at 105. not too many people have balls to this. by the way, i think it said u went 14.4 at 50 or 75 shot, have u ever ran the quarter at 105 shot?

Thanks, 75shot @ 14.4 on 17" rims and crappy tires.
On 105shot I have not ran in the quarter yet.
Guessing 13.0 to 13.5 with 15" drag radials and my setup.

I'd get a new fuel pump, Comptech sells an in-tank pump designed for the Supercharged S2000, I'm pretty sure it'll work for the Si too.
