21 here also - is it true that when we're older non of this stuff will interest us anymore?:( I mean I can't name one person over 35 that I know who takes an interest in modifying his/her car and enjoys this lifestyle - import OR domestic. Everyone has either an SUV or a mini-van (no stupid comments please) or a big fat slow sedan. I cant really speak for myself but assume this holds true for most people after a certain age.

Your statement is somewhat true, simply because as we get older we have more responsibilities and so on. However, for me, I'm 35 and having interest in cars is a hobby and keeps me young. Then again I have no kids yet, but I do have other things to spend money on (ie My house, I actually own 2 houses, and they keep my wallet thin). Luckily I rent 1 of the house and actually make a bit of money with it while it's getting paid off.

Regardless, I love cars but I have changed quite a bit since my first car, a 1987 CRX Si that I washed like 2-3 times a week. Now I wash my car every other week or so...:D
