    Seat memory...need help.

I think my passenger seat is broken....When you push that little lever down to let people in the back the seat goes up....then supposed to come back down to it's original position...right? Everytime I release that lever the bottom part of the seat goes back to it's original position, but the back of the seat doesn't...it's at it's full upright position.
Everyone elses car do this too?

Mine does that too. I didn't think it was a problem though, it has done that since day one.

Ditto. I think the memory has to do with the position of the seat itself, not the back rest portion.

Every car I've owned (not just Honda's,) has done the same thing. I don't think that this is a problem, it's just the way our seats operate.

Non problem, non issue. This is the way it works, all Honda's that I've seen do this, not too mention most other cars.

Thanks for clearing this up for me. I remember sitting in the back of a few cars that had that seat memory for the base of the seat and the back of the seat.
