supension basics

I need to know what are the components of the rear suspension besides bushings, ball bearings, struts, and springs.

Reason being I just had honda install a new ball bearing for my rear suspension and they've already replaced the spring and strut trying to track down what is making the car ride so soft and unpredictable.

when I think about the problem thoughtfully
I can sort of see how it maybe a problem of control over the control arms.

So tomorrow when I take it to the umpteenth dealership to give the technicians a shot at diagnosis I'll make an amen and tell them to look at he control arm bushings.
