Finally started puting seat in EP, removed factory mounting points.
Need to weld in plates and bolt it down.
Super low mounting ftw

It pretty typical for a race car, I'm tall so I can see, but you got to see these shorter guys that their eyes are about level with the dash.
Seat will actually be a little higher than pic, well about 7/8in taller. The floor in this car is a pita to mount a seat on.

Daaaamn thats a lot of spot weld drilling there, shit is not fun is it?! Getting that reinforced double ply metal out was a bitch on my buddys DC5.....Do your feet still fit well on the pedals being that low? That Stang is pretty straight too, did you go out of Vegas to get it?

the pedals are perfect distance now, i can properly heal/toe instead of fat footing it. i would like the wheel closer to me though.
Went to utah to get the mustang, its still there at my grandpas house in ceder city.Its a straight 6 should be 170ci, 4-lug but it is manual, 3-speed. Im already browsing cl for a 351w, and need to start searching online for 5-lug spindles.

Summit Racing sells some cheap ford engines, pretty much turn key. I use to be a ford guy in high school, so I know all this ford lingo lol there's a truck in town with a 429 super cobra jet in it...it'll make any ford guy drool lol nice pickup scott!

That Rs didn;t happen. He put the price up LoL. I had a buddy in Jersey ready to scoob it up! But The Rust on the roof was too much I rather save up a bit more and just get exactly what I want. I'm still in the search.
