my gears are super hard to shift when car is cold is it the tranny or my buddy club shifter . but once the car is warmed up it shifts fine . any suggestion or info would help thank . my tranny is a type s w/with stage one kit ,lighted flywheel, and lsd . just some more info

i just installed my CM stage 2 clutch.. rated for 450hp 365trq .. my car made 263whp 235wtrq.. yet still this clutch does not hold up.. if i ease into the gears they hold.. but once i go WOT it slips badly... now lets say i installed it bad somehow.. what could be the causes of this? i'm trying to...

I just swapped my 5spd for an EP3r 6spd w/ LSD. I can shift into all 6 gears but not into reverse. I modified my BCSS to allow me to get into reverse, but still won't engage. Any suggestions on what else i need to do? I have searched everywhere and can not find anything.

It makes the noise when the clutch pedal is not pushed. I made a vid and u can tell when the clutch is pressed (no like grinding noise) then when the pedal is not pressed (grinding like noise). Its usually louder but later in the vid u can tell the difference. The rattling is a o2 sensor wire...
